Sheldon has been dancing since the age of 2 and began competing at 5 years old. She has trained in jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip hop, and contemporary through the duration of her years at Oceanside Dance Academy. Sheldon has danced with Contemporary Company, Unity Dance Ensemble in both the apprentice company, Unity 2 and Unity SD, as a lead dancer for 5 years under the direction of Tarua Hall. Sheldon has danced for professional sports dance teams such as, LA Kiss Arena Football, SD Gulls Hockey, and currently SD Seals Lacrosse Sirens for 4 seasons. While continuing her dance journey, Sheldon is finishing up schooling for her B.A. in History with a specialty in Archeology, as well as a secondary degree as a dance major. When Sheldon is not coaching the Oceanside Highschool dance team, she's working at North Terrace Elementary as a paraprofessional for Special Education Preschoolers.
